Alcatraz Package
The Hyatt Regency San Francisco has partnered with Alcatraz Cruises, the exclusive operator of San Francisco’s number one attraction, ALCATRAZ ISLAND. Join us and receive:
- Luxurious overnight accommodations for two nights-double occupancy
- Two adult tickets to "The ROCK"
* Guests may purchase two additional tickets with this package as well, totaling a maximum of four tickets per room, subject to availability.
Packages require a ten-day non-refundable advanced purchase with seats confirmed on one to the following departures times from Pier 33 : 12:35 PM, 1:10 PM, 1:45 PM or 2:20 PM. Your reservation will be confirmed for the day following your arrival date. Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation for your departure time from Alcatraz Cruises. On departure day, go to Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing to pick up your tickets at the prepaid window of the ticket booth. There is a separate line for guests who have already purchased their tickets. Pier 33 is located at the foot of Bay Street on the Embarcadero and is a quick and direct Muni ride from the hotel at $1.50 per Muni ticket. Please arrive thirty minutes prior to your departure time to check in. You must present valid photo identification, along with the confirmation email from Alcatraz Cruises when picking up your tickets
