Choose from our wide selection of elegant, spacious meeting rooms. Let our San Francisco meeting space reflect and complement your sense of style and panache.  Over 67,000 square feet of flexible function space includes 34 meeting rooms, two boardrooms, a 17,000 square foot exhibit hall and an 11,125 square foot Grand Ballroom with pre-function area. 

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 120V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.
Street Level
Grand Ballroom
With 11,125 square feet of elegant interior, the Grand Ballroom offers exciting options for your most important events.  Enjoy enough space to accommodate as many as 1,800 for a reception or 1,000 for a formal banquet.  Adorned in blue and gold, with a dramatically decorated modern inset ceiling, this magnificent ballroom makes a striking statement of importance for your event.

Regency Room
This spacious venue offers 1,456 square feet of space and easily accommodates up to 150 for a reception or 120 in a theater-style arrangement.

Plaza Room
This space features 750 square feet, to accommodate up to 70 guests for a reception.  Select the Plaza Room as an ideal venue for more intimate occasions.
Bay Level
Bayview Room
Boasting 4,895 square feet of space, this meeting space affords the luxury of inviting 650 guests for a reception or up to 370 guests for a sit-down formal banquet.

Bayview Foyer
This pre-function area is a perfect place to start, with wall to wall windows overlooking the San Francisco waterfront.

Seacliff Room
This flexible 4,982 square-foot room is ideal for a general meeting for up to 300 attendees theatre style, and can be converted to up to four breakout meeting rooms. The adjacent Foyer has floor to ceiling windows, allowing natural light throughout the day.

Marina Room
With 1,316 square feet, the Marina Room is an ideal location to set up a theater-style arrangement for 100 attendees or a formal banquet for 80.

Golden Gate Room
This 748 square foot room is ideal for  board meetings of up to 35 attendees and can accommodate up to 50 guests for meetings or dining.
Atrium Lobby Level
Garden Room
Enter into this sumptuous 3,256 square foot venue, and greet up to 350 guests for a reception surrounded by lush foliage, fountains and our breathtaking 17-story atrium. Magnificently stylish, the Garden Room lends its earthy elegance to any special occasion.

Boardrooms A, B and C
Ranging from 725 to 1,024 square feet, our modern boardrooms feature high tech capabilities, fine furnishings and striking interior design.  Meet your colleagues or host team-building exercises in these sophisticated venues.  Both Boardroom A and B are furnished with a grand round table and leather seating for 12.  After the meeting, relax with cocktails on a comfortable leather couch and stylish arm chairs.

Pacific Concourse Level
Rooms A through O in the Pacific Concourse comprise a total of 17,024 square feet of versatile, modern meeting space.  The Concourse can accommodate a multitude of events with 15 intimate sections ideal for conference center style breakouts, or one large room for convention exhibits.
